As we continue to grow we are preparing to add some new talent to our team. We are currently looking to fill several part time and full time positions. Applicants for any of our positions should be enthusiastic and preferably have a passion for cars. We support equal opportunity hiring (one of our employees even drives a Mustang!). Our environment tends to be relaxed and fun, and there are always some wonderful cars to be around.

General information:

Our business hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Due to the occasionally unpredictable nature of the industry it is sometimes necessary to work extra hours to finish up a project by a deadline. We are sometimes open Saturdays as required to meet a client or knock out an extra project, but working these days is optional at the employees discretion.

All employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance and, in the case of technicians and helpers, wash up frequently to present a clean appearance as well as keep clients vehicles as clean as possible. In addition to appearance, employees must always be friendly and respectful to all visitors (clients and otherwise).

All employees are welcome to use our facility, tools, and equipment for their own personal needs after hours. Employee's may purchase parts for personal use at cost incurred (including credit card fees and shipping where applicable).

Part time shop assistant

We are seeking an entry level applicant for a part time shop assistant position. This job entails duties such as washing cars, sweeping the floors, emptying waste receptacles, assisting technicians, running errands, and other general tasks. No prior experience needed, but as with other positions here a passion for cars is an important part of our culture. Training provided as needed. Working hours are very flexible on a day to day basis as long as we establish a schedule with reasonable notice ahead of time.

This position may be used by an aspiring technician as a stepping stone towards that goal and, if desired, will include opportunities to learn the trade.

This position is for immediate hire as of 6/9/16. Pay is negotiable based on qualifications, base rate is $7.50 hourly.

Restoration & Fabrication Technician

We have a need for an additional experienced technician in the fabrication and restoration department.  This position mostly involves metal work such as replacing floor pans, installing fender flares, fitting aftermarket fiberglass bodywork, stripping cars for restoration, fabricating patches or replacement panels for rusted areas, reassembly of cars after returning from paint, and some general fabrication of custom components. We do the metal work in house, but final body work (filling, priming, paint, etc) is by a 3rd party. We have the equipment required, but you would be expected to furnish your own tool box with basic hand tools. Knowledge of European cars, especially Porsche, is not strictly required but is preferred. At this time we would prefer somebody with experience, but apprentice level applicants are welcome as well.

We expect to hire for this position in July 2016. Hourly pay based on qualifications and experience.

Service and Repair Technician

We will soon need to add additional technicians in the service and repair department. Service and repair technicians are responsible for performing repairs and service/maintenance work as well as diagnosing issues on our clients vehicles. A technician is expected to provide their own tool chest and daily use tools. Knowledge of European cars, especially Porsche, is not strictly required but is preferred. At this time we would prefer somebody with experience, but apprentice or entry level applicants will be considered as well.

We expect to hire for this position in July 2016 with additional openings to follow later in the year. Hourly pay based on qualifications and experience.

Service Advisor / Office Administrative Assistant

We have an immediate need for a service advisor and office assistant. The responsibilities for this position revolve around being the link between our clients, our technicians, and our suppliers. This person must have good communication skills as well as automotive knowledge. You will interact with our clients via telephone, email, social media, and in person to answer questions, schedule appointments, provide updates on progress, discuss repair orders and work performed, receive payments, and make sales. Proficiency with standard PC based computing is required, as is a good working knowledge of standard office software products such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Our customer database, repair orders, vendor database, and inventory management is within a custom internally designed software package which you will be trained to use. Many vendor interactions are now via vendor specific web services or software applications which you will be trained to use where required.

Additional responsibilities such as simple graphic design, managing our social media outlets, photography, book keeping, and more are available with increases in pay rate suited to each added task for persons that have the skills to take on any of these items.

For the benefit and comfort of our clients we do not operate under a commission based high pressure sales structure, instead opting to select the right self-motivated individuals to join our team.
